🔥 High School 🕒 1-week Day Camp In-person All skill levels 💰 $1,299/week

About this camp

In this BattleBots® Camp, participants will delve into robotics engineering using the VEX Robotics Design System. They will customize, build, and wire a robot chassis, and then program its controls using VEX C++. The camp focuses on designing custom attachments like claw arms or battering rams to enhance their robot's capabilities for competition. Students will explore mechanical engineering principles through hands-on challenges and optimize their bot's hardware and software. The week culminates in a BattleBots®-style championship where participants will test their creations in various challenges such as racing, obstacle courses, and capture the flag.

What a typical day looks like

A typical day includes morning announcements and icebreakers, followed by dedicated coursework sessions in the labs.
